HKlA Connects: Seamless Transfer Solution

Close the gap on self-connecting journeys. For clients on non-through-tickets with baggage not tagged through, HKIA Connects allows passengers to check in and handle baggage for their onward flight within the airport restricted area— skip the immigration lines! It helps agencies deliver a more seamless transit experience for self-connecting passengers.

Who can use the service?

· Transfer passengers taking onward flights operated by our partner airline (please refer to the dedicated website below).

· Minimum connection time: 150 minutes between the arriving and onward flights is required for this service. 

· Reservations must be made at least 48 hours before the departure of the onward flight.

· Please ensure sufficient time is allowed for transit procedures and any additional airline requirements.
