The personal information collected in these forms in relation to HKIA SkyBiz (the “data”) will be used by the Airport Authority for the following purposes: (a) To provide the Services (as defined in the Service Privacy Policy) to you; (b) To verify your eligibility to register for an account; (c) To verify your eligibility to redeem any membership points or gifts in accordance with the terms of the relevant promotional campaign or programme; (d) To deliver to you any gifts, rewards or items redeemed by you under the relevant promotional campaign or programme; (e) To send you notifications, communications, newsletters and other messages relating to the information and updates about the Hong Kong International Airport, including but not limited to trade events, sales campaigns, promotional offers in connection with services or facilities of Hong Kong International Airport; and (f) To contact you for and/or carry out direct marketing activities in connection with the service or facilities of Hong Kong International Airport.
The supply of the data is voluntary. If you do not provide the personal information as required or designated as compulsory, this means that you may not be able to register for an account and/or use the Services, and your personal information will not be collected or retained by us. The data may be provided to such persons within Airport Authority whose proper business is to have access to the data and/or assist in provision of the Service, platform management, cloud service provision and related matters. The data may also be transferred to third party service providers for the aforesaid purposes.
